Data and purpose

With your Google OAuth consent, the application accesses email, calendar events, and Drive files to carry out requested tasks. This may include message content, metadata and attachments, event details and attendees, and file content and metadata. Permissions can support sending email, changing events, and managing or sharing files; those actions must follow your instructions.

Storage and processing

Credentials are stored with restricted access. Task data may be retained in conversation history, files, logs, and backups. Relevant content may be sent to OpenAI for AI processing and to configured messaging services when delivering a requested response. Google processes API requests. Data is not sold, used for advertising, or used by the operator to train generalized AI models.

Use and transfer of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Control and retention

Revoke access at any time through Google Account connections. Credentials remain while the connection is in use; task records and backups remain until deleted or removed by their retention process. Revoking access does not delete previously stored copies. For deletion requests or privacy questions, contact the operator.

This website

The site uses no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting and delivery services may process IP addresses, URLs, timestamps, and technical request information for delivery, logging, and security.
